194. Aiming for the moon

“We were aiming for the moon, we were shooting at the stars, but the kids were just shooting at the buses and the cars”

This one randomly popped into my mind after hearing someone say the old adage “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars”. It’s a very simple, but I had fun drawing it at first.

It went a bit stale and didn’t come out exactly as originally planned, but instead of trying to fix it I thought I’d leave it with the intention to revisit/redo it one year… This way I can move onto doing other pictures!
