199. Bunny Girls

First off, apologies for not having anything here since January – Secondly, apologies for this being a month late! I’ve got hundreds of reasons as to why it’s so late, but it’s done now. More pictures to come.

This is something that bothered me for such a long time about the famous Playboy bunny symbol; the fact that it uses an actual bunny head. It always left me with an image of a literal bunny girl…

So this one was born! Nothing too obvious as a showgirl, but rather a more intimite scene backstage. Got to admit the background could do with more, but I just wanted to get something out there as the concept is quite simple.

   certainly one of your more interesting drawings, interesting that you picked a more skinny/bony model as well. Looks more like a hare than a bunny really.
